Ingredients
- 1 oz Zaya Rum
- 1 oz Lemongrass-Infused Bourbon
*or Bourbon w/ Lemongrass Bitters - 3/4 oz Lime Juice (more to taste)
- Ginger Beer (dry & spicy)
- 5 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lime twist & tropical flower (for garnish)
How to Craft
- Add ice to a copper mug
- Add Zaya Rum, bourbon & lime juice
- Fill with ginger beer
- Top with Angostura bitters
- Garnish with lime & flower


Sip & Sail
Utilize a dry shake to create a luxurious foam on this impressive cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Zaya Rum
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Blackberries
- 1 - 2 Raspberries
- 1/2 oz Allspice Dram
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 1 Egg White
- Ice (for shaking)
- Cinnamon, Berries & Torched Lime Round (for garnish)
How to Craft
- In a cocktail shaker, add berries & muddle
- Add all other ingredients to shaker
- Dry shake vigorously with no ice
- Add ice & shake well again
- Double strain into a coupe
*using both a Hawthorne & fine mesh strainer - Dust with cinnamon
- Garnish with a raspberry & blackberry on a cocktail pick & a torched lime round


Tropic Trade Winds
A bright & tropical refresher for a hot day, or any day that just needs a vacation vibe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Zaya Rum
- 1 1/4 oz White Rum
- 1/2 - 1 oz Apricot Liqueur
- 1 oz Coconut Cream (to taste, both for sweetness & consistency)
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- Ice (for shaking)
- Crushed Ice (for serving)
- Ground Nutmeg, Lemon, Mint, Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)
How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a Tiki glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Top with ground nutmeg
- Garnish with lemon & mint
- Torch a cinnamon stick until fragrant & add


Zaya Mojito
Add a little bit of intrigue and mystery to a classic mojito.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Zaya Rum
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Mint & Lime (for garnish)
How to Craft
- Add mint leaves to a Collins glass
- Add lime juice & a dash of soda water
- Gently muddle for several seconds
- Add simple syrup, rum & ice
- Top with soda water & give it a gentle stir
- Garnish with a sprig of mint & lime


Zaya Mai Tai
Balanced and not too sweet, meet the last Mai Tai recipe you’ll ever need.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Zaya Rum
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz 151 Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Orange Curaçao (or Triple Sec)
- 3/4 oz Orgeat
- 2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Splash Pineapple Juice (optional)
- Ice (for shaking)
- Crushed Ice (for serving)
- Mint, Lime & Tiki Umbrella (for garnish)
How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients except the Zaya rum in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into your Tiki glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Add a float of Zaya rum on top
- Garnish with a mint sprig, lime & an umbrella

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Zaya Rum
- 1 1/4 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- Ice (for shaking)
- Crushed Ice (for serving)
- Lemon & Orange Twist (for garnish)
How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients except the Zaya rum in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into your glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Add a float of Zaya rum on top
