Ingredients
- 1 ozZaya Rum
- ½ ozWhite Rum
- ¾ ozLime Juice
- 2Blackberries
- 1 - 2Raspberries
- ½ ozAllspice Dram
- ¼ ozSimple Syrup (2:1)
- 1Egg White
- Ice (for shaking)

- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Coupe Glass
- Garnish Pick
Garnishes
- Cinnamon
- Raspberry
- Blackberry
- Torched Lime Round
How to Craft
- In a cocktail shaker, add berries & muddle
- Add all other ingredients to shaker
- Dry shake vigorously with no ice
- Add ice & shake well again
- Double strain into a coupe (using both a Hawthorne & fine mesh strainer)
- Dust with cinnamon
- Garnish with a raspberry & blackberry on a cocktail pick & a torched lime round
