- 2-3 DashesAngostura Bitters
- 2 LeavesMint (Muddled)
- .25ozSimple Syrup
- .5 oz.Dry Rose Champagne

How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wheel.
