- 1 ¼ ozWhite Rum
- ½ - 1 ozApricot Liqueur
- 1 ozCoconut Cream (to taste, both for sweetness & consistency)
- 2 ozLemon Juice
- Ice (for shaking)
- Crushed Ice (for serving)
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Torch
- Tiki Glass
Garnishes
- Ground Nutmeg
- Lemon Round
- Mint
- Torched Cinnamon Stick
How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a Tiki glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Top with ground nutmeg
- Garnish with lemon & mint
- Torch a cinnamon stick until fragrant & add
