Our favorite spin on this Tiki classic. If the rumors are true, one should never have more than two of this powerful cocktail that packs a punch.
Ingredients
- 1 ozZaya Rum
- 1 ozLight Rum
- ½ ozOverproof Rum
- 1 ozOrange Curaçao
- 1 ½ ozOrange Juice
- 1 ½ ozPassion Fruit Puree (or syrup)
- ½ ozLemon Juice
- ½ ozLime Juice
- ½ ozGrenadine
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
- Ice (for shaking)
- Crushed Ice (for serving)
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Torch
- Highball Glass
Garnishes
- Mint Sprig
- Fresh or Dehydrated Lime Round
- Torched Cinnamon Stick
- Bamboo Straw
How to Craft
- Combine all ingredients except the grenadine in a cocktail shaker
- Shake extremely well with ice
- Strain into your highball glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Add a float of grenadine on top
- Garnish with a mint sprig, lime round & bamboo straw
- Torch a cinnamon stick until fragrant & add
