Cocobana Flatliner is crafted for evenings when happy hour stretches into the night. Rich aromas of coffee and dark chocolate pair with bright flavors of muddled mint for this premium and decadent wake up call.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz.Zaya Cocobana Rum
  • 1/2 oz.151 High Proof Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz.Cold brew Coffee/ Espresso
  • 2-3 DashesChocolate Bitters
  • 2-3Mint Leaves Muddled
  • 2 oz.Half & Half Cream
  • 1/2 oz.Simple Syrup

Equipment

  • Coupe
  • Shaker
  • Hawthrone Strainer
  • Muddler

Garnishes

  • Dark Chocolate Shavings
  • Fresh Mint Leaf
  • Coffee Beans

How to Craft

  • Place 2-3 mint leaves in a shaker and muddle. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupe. Shave dark chocolate over the top with coffee beans and place a fresh mint leaf on top.
