Ingredients

  • 2 oz.Zaya Cocobana Rum
  • 1/2 oz.151 High Proof Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz.Cold brew Coffee/ Espresso
  • 2-3 DashesChocolate Bitters
  • 2-3Mint Leaves Muddled
  • 2 oz.Half & Half Cream
  • 1/2 oz.Simple Syrup

Equipment

  • Coupe
  • Shaker
  • Hawthrone Strainer
  • Muddler

Garnishes

  • Dark Chocolate Shavings
  • Fresh Mint Leaf
  • Coffee Beans

How to Craft

  • Place 2-3 mint leaves in a shaker and muddle. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupe. Shave dark chocolate over the top with coffee beans and place a fresh mint leaf on top.
